Refunds
This policy covers the three won passes sold on this site through Toss Payments. Each is a single payment: nothing here renews and there is no monthly charge. Free access costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How long each pass lasts

Access starts when the pass is applied to your account, which happens as soon as the payment is confirmed. A pass bought while you still hold a fixed-term pass is added to the time you have left.
The details
- Does it matter how much I have used?
- No. Inside the window you get all of it back, whether you have sat six practice tests or none.
- What happens to my access?
- A refund ends the pass it refunds. You keep your account, your past results and everything you have already done. Nothing is deleted.
- How do I ask?
- Contact us from the Contact page, or at johnny@bluebearprep.com · 070-8065-1550, with the email address of your Bluebear SAT account and your order number if you have it. A person reviews every request.
- Could a slow reply cost me the refund?
- No. What counts is when you asked, not when we answer. A request made inside the window is refunded in full even if we take time to reply.
- Where does the money go back to?
- To your original payment method, through Toss Payments. We cannot refund to a different card or account, and there is no store credit.

상품·서비스의 오류·하자, 오제공 등 판매자 귀책사유가 있는 경우, 상품 수령일 또는 서비스 제공 시작일부터 7일 이내 교환·환불을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 반환에 필요한 비용은 판매자가 부담합니다.

판매자 귀책사유 또는 관계 법령에 따라 더 많은 금액을 환불받을 수 있는 경우에는 해당 기준을 우선 적용합니다.
For seller-caused errors, defects, or incorrect supply, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt or the start of service. The seller bears necessary return costs. This does not limit statutory rights: for delivery that differs from the description or contract, withdrawal may be requested within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of learning, or being able to learn, of the discrepancy.
