For seller-caused errors, defects, or incorrect supply, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt or the start of service. The seller bears necessary return costs. This does not limit statutory rights: for delivery that differs from the description or contract, withdrawal may be requested within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of learning, or being able to learn, of the discrepancy.

Within 14 days of purchase you get 100% back, whether you have used the pass or not. After 14 days, nothing. The window is measured in hours from the moment you paid — 336 hours exactly — not in calendar days. More favorable refunds required by law take precedence.
